In this 1:1 we’ll move through a sequence of restorative asanas, each of which you can rest fully for a few minutes, we’ll get you super comfy and supported with allllL the props. Each session will close with an extended savasana allowing yourself to fully surrender into softness.

Lots of juicy yet gentle stretches - fully allowing the body and nervous system to rest, relax & release.

We can make these sessions super tailored to you - relaxing music, candle light, touch or no touch…just let me know. The goal is to make this hour as nourishing as possible for you!

Luxury Yoga Classes
Practices I guide usually involve both the invitation to play and also to rest. I believe deeply in the power of softness, you’ll often find yin asanas woven through my yoga classes and the constant offer for something more gentle as alternatives to challenge.

All the group yoga classes on offer are designed to offer a luxurious experience with groups no larger than 8 and luxury yoga equipment provided.
​
Everyone is welcome to each group yoga class, this being said I deeply encourage you to choose a yoga class that honours where you are at.
​

GROUNDING - INFINITE - FLEXIBLE
Virtual Yoga
I think there can be lots of reasons to want to practice online. My goal with creating these on demand classes is to make practicing yoga as accessible as possible to anyone who feels drawn to its offerings.

Each week I’ll release new video(s) for you to practice in the comfort of your own homes, hopefully enabling you to practice as, when and if you want to. These classes will be permanently available amongst a library of pre-existing classes, meditation and pranayama practices for you to access whenever you need. A safety net, a safe haven and tools at your fingertips for whenever you need to return home to yourself.

CLASS STYLES:
RESTORATIVE
A beautiful mix of yin, restorative yoga and somatic practice - medicine for the nervous system. As with all practices at the Boxgrove, Restorative Yoga will always meet you exactly as you are. An hour for you to simply be, To surrender into stillness and deep rest. We’ll move through a combination of super gentle yin asanas that’ll guide you into deep relaxation. We’ll use lots of props to get you feeling held and supported before resting in stillness in each posture. Truly an hour for you to simply be. We’ll end in an extended savasana allowing you to fully surrender into deep rest. A deeply embodying and intuitive practice - the perfect end to the day <3
FLOW & UNWIND
A juicy half and half practice. The session will flow like a wave. We’ll begin slowly and calmyly, breathing deeply and gently building towards the peak of the practice where more heat is generated through some dynamic vinyasa flow, The class will reach the crest of its wave and then slow down into super restorative practice. Imagine all the props, long held yin postures and lights down low with an extended restorative savasana. A super balanced class that allows the body to both flow and to unwind.
DYNAMIC VINYASA
A beautiful blend of breath and movement. This class seeks a moving meditative state and offers a balance of challenge and opportunity to find rest and ease. We’ll move fluidly between each posture, moving with the breath and sinking deeply into embodied flow. We seek to build strength both inside and out, body and mind. Grounding ourselves into the present through conscious breath and movement. Dynamic vinyasa aims to empower both your physical state and mental wellbeing. We hope to guide you towards leaving your mat with a deep sense of peace and grounding.
All levels are welcome, but as always we encourage you to honour how your body is showing up and chose a class accordingly!

Be Ready To Step Into a Warm, Cosy Safe Haven.
Each session we'll experience together will likely start with some variation of grounding, whether that be through breathwork and/or meditation - there will always be a moment of landing into the space, transitioning from your day onto the mat. Classes will then offer lots of variations for each flow and asana (posture) always empowering you to take from each practice what YOU need. Everything is optional, I'll guide you through a class that you can experience in your own way. The goal is for you to feel safe to explore and play. Everything will be set out for you.

A Helping Hand For Choosing Class
All levels are welcome to every class - from beginner to seasoned yogis there is a space for you on the mat. Every class will offer variations, from which I deeply encourage you to choose what your body needs. If it feels a little daunting to head straight into a group environment, perhaps a 1:1 session may be best first.

A Few Things On Packages <3
From the date of purchase you then have 3 months to use your package (the 5 & 10 class pass). Where we are a small business I hope you can understand that it is not sustainable for us to refund credits for the packages if you miss your class.

If you're on the All Access Pass or Unlimited Yoga you have 1 cancellation pass a month if it is within the 6 hour cancellation policy, otherwise, you may be charged.
​
Hopefully this makes sense, please do reach out if you have any questions.

For all other bookings, the cancellation window is 6 hours, if cancellation occurs within under 6 hours before class there will be a charge.

Just You!
We really have set up the space for maximum ease. Everything will have been lovingly laid out and set up for you. We have 8 lululemon mats (you are of course welcome to bring your own if you would prefer), ekotex blocks, yoga matters hempseed bolsters and cushions and lots of blankets and cosy accessories. We have everything you need, all you need to do is bring your lovely self and be ready for the deeeeep breath when you arrive and can let go of your day.
