A juicy half and half practice. The session will flow like a wave. We’ll begin slowly and calmyly, breathing deeply and gently building towards the peak of the practice where more heat is generated through some dynamic vinyasa flow, The class will reach the crest of its wave and then slow down into super restorative practice. Imagine all the props, long held yin postures and lights down low with an extended restorative savasana. A super balanced class that allows the body to both flow and to unwind.
