Welcome to Yoga With Meg, it is so so good to have you here. 

 

You've found a space where you can simply be, where you can connect to practices of returning home - to the body - to the breath - to yourself. 

 

Our yoga shala is nestled away in the countryside of West Sussex. We’ll practice together in Boxgrove village, close to Chichester. The bespoke space at The Boxgrove has been created with so much love. It holds the intention of nourishing you towards a place of deep calm and safety, with the hope that you feel comfortable to explore your inner landscapes. In doing so building strength and ease; mentally, physically and spiritually. 

 

We would love to welcome you into this warm safe haven. A place that will always be there for you, in every phase of life and for every version of you that lands on the mat.
